The Universalift 11KAC-D - offers an 11,000 lb lifting capacity, Asymmetric design, Dual, Direct Drive cylinders, Low profile arm restraints, Stack-able drop-in height adapters, Free mounting hardware, Powder-coated paint finish, Padded Electric override & automatic safety shut-off. These lifts have steel pulleys, high-strength cable equalization system and everything you’d expect from a quality lift!
The Universalift 11KAC-D, HEAVY DUTY Auto and Truck Lift is the New "Middle Weight Champion" of 2 Post Auto Lifts. Standing at 145" tall this HEAVY DUTY Automotive Lift offers a Heavily Gusseted Carriage, large Hydraulic Cylinder with 1.5" Chrome Rod, a Heavy Duty 54" Carriage that surrounds the hydraulic cylinder barrel. The cylinder barrel travels up and down with the carriage.
This is a reversal of thinking compared to Model TP11KC-DX, which offers a .78" Chrome rod and a Hydraulic Cylinder fixed in the top of the post. The Universalift 11KAC-D design allows the hydraulic cylinder to pivot inside to outside, making it extremely reliable, but does not allowing movement front to back, which could be a concern as the product ages, and as slider blocks wear.
Having the chrome bottomed out in the column allows the hydraulic cylinder to move with the carriage as the load shifts side to side, as well as front to back. Rotary Lift has made its name as the best-selling lift on earth by utilizing this design and we wanted to incorporate this notoriously reliable design into our Universalift 11KAC-D.
