Standard UPS Ground Shipping

All parts order are shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service depending on the item.

All Equipment is shipped on a MAJOR TRUCK LINE that services your area best.

We ship to your confirmed address only.

Your machine(s) will ship on a major truck line and deliver to anywhere in the lower 48 USA. Customer is responsible for offloading the machine from the delivery truck. This can be done with a forklift, tow truck, back hoe, or 4-5 strong people. The driver is not required to help unload your machine. Driver is not required to drive onto your residence if he feels it is dangerous to him, his truck, or your property.

You are responsible for any re-delivery charges and storage charges. If you provide a business name, we assume you are open 8AM-5PM and can take delivery during those hours. We are not responsible for re-delivery charges if you misrepresent being an actual business. Any business conducted from your residence is not considered a commercial business and will be treated as a residential delivery.

*** All sales considered final *** as soon as product leaves our dock, at this point North American Auto Equipment is no
longer responsible for damage as a result of carrier error. Buyer must note any and all freight damage on the bill of lading at time of delivery.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: We will provide excellent service and assistance in helping our customers file freight claims, payment of the claims is the sole responsibility of the Freight Carriers.

Returned Merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If unit arrives and will not fit because of lack of clearance
or UN-installable due to insufficient concrete, customer will be charged return freight & re-packing fee. Shipping Charges and Credit Card Transaction Fees will be charged against refunds. (Customer is responsible for all Freight Charges and transaction fees).

It is essential that the purchaser inspect their shipment upon delivery and provide timely notification of any problems. Please be sure they are aware of the following:

The customer must visually inspect the equipment UPON DELIVERY and note any potential freight damage on the receipt. If a customer signs clear on the receipt, neither the trucking company nor North American Auto Equipment will be held responsible for freight damage. A 72 HOUR REQUIREMENT after receipt of goods is necessary to report any concealed damage or missing parts. NAAE has a limited window to file freight claims and NAAE will not be responsible if we are not notified within the 72 hour window. If you use your own carrier then NAAE will not be responsible for filing a freight claim or for any freight damage.
