The CEMB Video Touchscreen Wheel Balancer ER73TD is made especially for busy tire shops. This new series has the latest technology in wheel balancing, “Spotter” lasers that actually pinpoints the exact location of stick-on wheel weights. Includes RFV measurement combined with HubMatch. This is done with little or no chance of operator error when entering dimensions (major cause of check spin errors).

Full Time Static on screen for a perfect balance. The automatic arm measures diameters up to 30″, automatic entry of the dimensions with width sonar 3D. It comes fully assembled.

Features

	For each wheel that is balanced, the software AutoAdaptive Mode detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel.
	Enables to eliminate the static and dynamic unbalance by means of a single counterweight, indicating its exact application point on the inner side of the rim.
	The laser spotter pinpoints the exact position for stick-on weights application inside the rim.
	Accurate wheel centering by means of a quick locknut.
	Wheel locking system that locks the wheel in the correct position by means of an electromagnetic brake.
	Wheel automatically approaches within 15° of weight placement position.
	Innovative touch screen, multi-user icon selectable on the touch screen.
	Wheel Guard
	Guided on-car eccentricity cancellation process. During the measuring cycle, HubMatch detects the highest point of the wheel (1st harmonics), and displays it on-screen to enable mounting of wheel on vehicle.
